That’s why, second, we are happy to offer you our best rates and conditions. There may be a Special well-suited to your needs, such as bike rental or parking discounts. Also, you’re guaranteed to get our best available room at that price – you might just get more than your money’s worth!
Third, booking directly is quick and easy. Arranging for an extra long bed? Finding out more about children’s facilities available? A receptionist who knows all about our hotel answers your call or email, ready to discuss your questions. No computer-generated replies or endless phone menus. We’ll sort out everything for you in an instant.
You’re welcome to check-in from 3 PM.
We ask that you check out by 11 AM. If you want to sleep in, you can request a late check out (subject to availability and special conditions).
If you book more than five Apartments or seven nights, special conditions may apply.
Travelling with children? Some of our Apartments come with sofa beds fit for little ones up to 1m40. For the littlest ones, we have baby cots available. We’re happy to put it in your apartment if we know you need one. Get in touch for more information.
We offer private parking in our underground hotel parking. If you book directly with us, you’ll receive a 50% discount.
Are you staying up to seven nights? Then you can count on fresh towels and a touch-up service every day, and fresh linens halfway through the week. If you want to keep your towels and linens a bit longer, that’s fine. Simply let us know.
If you are staying longer than seven nights, we arrange for fresh towels and linens twice a week and full cleaning once a week.
We do not accept cash payments. Safe and secure, for everyone. We accept Maestro debit cards and VISA, MasterCard and American Express credit cards.
