#1: ‘Over the Edge’ swing
Daredevils, listen up. Want to swing back and forth at 100 metres above the city on Europe’s highest swing? Go to the ADAM Toren! Dangle your feet over the edge, let the adrenaline rush through your veins but most of all, don’t forget to enjoy the beautiful view.
#2: Visit the EYE Film Museum
Take the ferry (‘het pondje’) to Amsterdam-Noord and go to the EYE Film Museum. This national museum for film, located on Amsterdam’s IJ harbour, manages more than 54.000 films from all genres. The collection represents an outstanding sample of film history, from classics and blockbusters to cult films.
#3: Go to the famous IJ-Hallen
While you're in the area… Go to the NDSM district for the well-known flea market in the IJ-Hallen. This largest market in Europe is definitely worth a visit!
